Do you accept credit cards?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Discover®, Visa®, or American Express®.


What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are very similar to garage doors and are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward. Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage and are bigger than most doors allowing tenants to maximize the space of their unit.


What is a drive-up unit?

A drive-up unit is a ground floor or outdoor unit that has its own loading area. These units are ideal for storing large, heavy items or equipment as you have the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

What is the difference between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit?

Indoor units are located on the inside of a building on the property and can be entered through wide corridors.  Outdoor units are located on the outside of a building which allows for drive up, easy access.  Both our indoor and outdoor units are ground level.


Can anyone drive onto the property or do you need a PIN?

Every tenant is assigned a secure electronic gate code.  Our facility allows for 24/7 secure gated access to a fully fenced and fully lighted property.  Our facility is under 24/7 video surveillance with a total of 14 cameras throughout the facility.


What is a temperature controlled unit?

Temperature controlled units are cooled in the summer and heated in the winter to protect your valuables from extreme temperatures.
